How it works

A thoughtful way to connect through real mail.

Share letters, build a connection, and keep your home address private.

Step 1

Make a connection

We match you with someone compatible so the exchange starts with a real point of connection.

Step 2

Generate a letter ID

Each new letter gets its own Letter ID so we know exactly where to forward it without exposing personal details.

Step 3

Mail it to Ink and Connect

You address the envelope to us using the generated Letter ID and send it to the forwarding address we provide.

Step 4

We forward the letter

Once it arrives, we route it to your connection so neither side needs to share a home address directly.

Step 5

Receive mail, keep your privacy

Your connection receives the letter, and the exchange stays personal without either person needing to reveal their address.

The key idea is simple: each letter is routed through Ink and Connect using a one-time Letter ID, so your home address is never shared with your connections.
